Ellie Messina
Since receiving her degree in Business Administration from Hillsborough Community College in 1990, she has been involved in the medical field as an office administrator and consultant. Hailing from the Caribbean, Ellie presents speaking English as well as her native Spanish and some Italian, extending our invitation for superior service to an international patient base.  As the practice administrator, she leads a highly-skilled and caring staff. Ellie oversees our day to day operations, personnel, marketing and all business aspects of the practice. She does an excellent job of managing the office and surgical center. Her extensive experience in the medical field, working with the Dr. and her abundant knowledge of technology and customer service, make her a valuable member of the team and an important resource for patients. Ellie loves to interact with people and enjoys seeing the patients smiling faces after they've had a procedure. You will find her to be most helpful with any questions or concerns you may have regarding our practice. Ellie is an active member of the All Children’s Hospital Guild.  Her hobbies and interests include spending time with her family at the beach, boating, swimming and biking.

Virginia Stinton
Florida Native, Virginia has worked with Dr. Hillstrom since he began his practice. She has over 20 years of experience in the medical field.  Virginia is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and works very closely alongside of Dr. Hillstrom.  You will see Virginia from your first consultation all the way through your surgical journey, including pre-operative instruction, operating room assistance to Dr. Hillstrom, immediate post-operative care and follow up attention to patients needs. Virginia also takes care of behind the scenes clinical needs of the practice including risk management, certifications, and accreditations.  Virginia has been a source of support and comfort for our patients for many years and has worked tirelessly to help ensure patient welfare and satisfaction.  Virginia is an active member of this community and spends her time enjoying church, arts and crafts and antique shopping.

Desirée Watton
Desirée is a part of the exceptional team working along side of Dr. Hillstrom.   With over 9 years of experience in aesthetic skin care and advanced training and certification in multiple other areas of facial aesthetics and skin rejuvenation, Desirée is able to offer the full range of rejuvenation and aesthetic skin care services.  She specialized in customized skin care treatments that are tailored to every client’s skin type and their specific treatment goals and lifestyles.  In partnership with Dr. Hillstrom, Desirée is  able to prescribe progressive rejuvenation therapies and home skin care regimens that noticeably improve aged, sun damaged and acne prone skin types, rosacea , birthmarks and hemangiomas as well as hair reduction.  She has lived in Florida for over 20 years and is also certified as a permanent cosmetic technician.  Her extensive educational background includes post graduate training at the International Dermal Institute, as well as, specialized training in micropigmentation. Desirée is a member of the Conventional & Cosmetic Tattoo Association and also a member of the National Society of Paramedical Esthetic Professionals. In her leisure Desirée enjoys yoga, surfing and walking on the beach.

Lynda Joyce
Lynda first came to us as our front office coordinator. This provided her with extensive understanding and knowledge regarding cosmetic surgical procedures. You will find that she often provides a thorough pre-consult when you call to schedule an appointment and can provide a wealth of information to you prior to your arrival at our center. Lynda is also a licensed esthetician who has enhanced her skills and credentials to provide you with therapeutic facial services and relaxing spa treatments. Lynda specializes in personalized skin care analysis. She works closely with Dr. Hillstrom in order to design individualized healing and rejuvenating programs which best address your needs. She enjoys educating and supporting you throughout your experience at Dr. Hillstrom’s office and is an enthusiastic member of his team. Lynda enjoys photography, yoga, exercising and traveling.
